Do the 30 second Neutralize Stress™ practice once each hour of your waking day,
or at least 7 to 10 times per day.

What to post: Location (where you did the 30 sec), and use one word to describe each experience afterwards in the body/mind/emotions:
Example: in Car, Calm, Clear, Peaceful

Then do a quick daily review of the day and write it down… and....
Just before going to sleep… engage the noticing, sensing and experiencing of Space as your open up of the sense Serenity, Clarity, Peacefulness, Creativity, Joy and Harmony... in your body, mind and emotions.. let this linger… for as long as you can as you drift off to sleep.
